All games on the fortunegames platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, real human dealers operating on a live video feed. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform, previous results, or bet sizes.

Once a bet is confirmed and the game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled. Wagers are binding from the moment they are placed. In the event of a technical error that interrupts a game round, fortunegames will make a determination based on the recorded game state at the time of the interruption. The platform's decision in such cases is final.

fortunegames reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed on an erroneously priced market, or placed during a technical malfunction. The following activities are strictly prohibited at fortunegames and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other competitive game.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes on valid, authorised transactions.

• Creating accounts using false identity information or on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended system behaviour to extract value from the platform.
• Any activity that violates applicable Philippine law.

fortunegames maintains transaction monitoring and account activity review processes to detect prohibited behaviour. If your account is flagged for investigation, normal account functions including withdrawals may be paused until the review is complete.

You may close your account at any time by contacting fortunegames support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account after verification will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

fortunegames reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• Prohibited activities described in Section 7 are identified.
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account is inactive for an extended period as defined by platform policy.
• A player has applied for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

In cases of account closure due to fraud, abuse, or terms violations, any bonus-derived balance may be forfeited. Real money deposits in such cases are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the violation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the fortunegames support and complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

In any dispute regarding game outcomes, bets placed, or account balances, the fortunegames platform records are the authoritative source of information. If you believe a game outcome or transaction is incorrect, you must contact support within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims raised after this period may not be actionable.
